Interactive Fresnel Shader and VFX- Ascendant

I was tasked with updating, assigning and assigning a fresnel shader to work alongside our current weapons to indicate rarity levels of a weapon.

White being common and Orange being the rarest.

Ontop of this I had to create an optimised version of the VFX that is played above the weapon.
